All six Scientific Divisions of the CIE will meet during the Session, and will also hold their Annual Meetings there. The core scientific work of the CIE is carried out by its Technical Committees (TCs), which produce our standards and technical reports. Many of these TCs will hold face-to-face meetings in Nanjing in the days following the Conference. For those new to the CIE and interested in getting involved in its scientific work, this is an excellent opportunity to interact with leading experts from around the world. The Division and Technical Committee (TC) meetings are scheduled for July 15–16, 2027.

Division and TC Meetings are open also to interested experts, though registration is required, and a separate fee applies. The fee for these meetings remains unchanged from the 2023 session in Ljubljana or the 2025 Midterm Meeting in Vienna, despite rising inflation, to make participation more accessible for Division and TC members.

The meetings will take place at the Nanjing International Youth Conference Centre.
