The registration system will open 14th January 2027.

Please note that the fees listed at this stage are preliminary and subject to change. They are intended to support early planning and budgeting, but the final registration fees will be confirmed at a later stage.

Based on the current planning, the preliminary fees are expected to be lower than the prices for the 2025 Midterm Meeting in Vienna, thanks to the generous support of our sponsors and supporters and the Local Organizing Team. The CIE is committed to offering competitive rates, particularly for early-career participants, in order to support broad access and participation in the CIE 2027 Session.

The CIE greatly values the global contributions of its experts and remains committed to keeping Division and TC Meeting costs as low as possible.

Global access to the CIE remains a priority. In alignment with this goal, reduced rates are planned for participants from developing countries.
