Nanjing International Youth Conference Centre – Main Venue for Scientific Conference and Social Events
The centre is located in Hexi New Town, Jianye District, Nanjing, on the banks of the Yangtze River. Designed by the renowned architect Zaha Hadid, its flowing lines are inspired by Nanjing’s traditional Yunjin brocade, making it a landmark building that blends modern design with urban culture.
Main events of CIE 2027 will be held within this well-equipped center: the large banquet hall and shared lobby can accommodate Scientific Conference, Exhibitions, Welcome Reception, and Gala Dinner; multiple small- and medium-sized meeting rooms are available for Board Meetings and Division & TC Meetings. All areas are equipped with professional audiovisual systems, high-speed internet, intelligent lighting, and air conditioning.
Several high-quality hotels are located around the center, offering convenient transportation and accommodation. Additionally, the centre is close to the Nanjing Olympic Sports Center and Hexi Ecological Park, providing natural spaces for leisure walks and outdoor activities for attendees. As a new landmark representing Nanjing’s modern urban image, this venue will infuse CIE 2027 with a dynamic conference atmosphere.
If you are unfamiliar with Nanjing or Chinese cities, it is recommended to take a taxi or ride-hailing car directly to the venue—approximately 40 minutes from Nanjing Lukou International Airport and about 20 minutes from Nanjing South Railway Station.
